The Process
Your wedding will be one of the most magical days you remember for the rest of your life. So why not capture it in a timeless heirloom? This is where I come in, your personal day of live wedding painter. I’m here to capture your most precious memory over the course of your ceremony and reception.
Here’s how it works:
Step One: Check my calendar for availability on the day of your wedding. Once confirmed with me that your date is available, then it’s time for all of the magical details to unfold.
Step Two: Select size of painting to be used for illuminating your special day! Pay deposit. 50% non-refundable deposit is due immediately to secure your wedding date. Remainder balance is due one week prior to your wedding date. All travel fees will be added to your remainder balance.
Step Three: A one on one phone call to discuss all of the important details to the couple, and whether you would like a specific moment captured (first kiss, bride walking down the isle, bride and groom announced as husband and wife, first dance, you name it! The options are endless!).
Step Four: I’ll show up 2 hours prior to the start of the ceremony to begin setting up and painting the scenery around me. I will only need 6x6ft for set up. If painting the ceremony, I suggest towards the back behind the guests off to the side. If painting the reception, I’ll set up there preferably in a space where guests can come watch the progress! I love interacting and talking to guests!
Step Five: The reveal! Your reveal is up to you! Feel free to wonder past to see the progress or wait till it’s completed! I will finish 30min-1hr prior to the reception ending for the reveal depending on the length of the entire wedding. You will be able to take home to painting that night if you choose or I can bring it back to my studio to ship to your doorstep.

Lasting Memory

The largest of all which captures the elegant ambiances of the entire event with multiple painted guests. This package requires additional time in the studio and will be shipped directly to your home within 2-3wks after your wedding date.
Travel
Events 175 miles to 350 miles require one nights hotel stay.
Events 350 miles and over require flight, hotel for one night, and rental car fee.
Travel fees will be added to your remainder balance.
